Granny Panties?!?

So the other week I purchased Granny Panties and figured I would show you what they look like on!

But these lipsticks are amazing!! I'm going to take the opportunity to show you the others that I own :).

I love all three of these lipsticks. They dry Matte which is lovely. They have a super lovely opaque formula and are super easy to wear!!

Foundation Results

Hi Guys!!

So the other day I posted how I had bought a new foundation and was going to show you how it turned out!!

And here we go!!

So here is my natural face. No makeup. No foundation.

Here is half face with foundation and half face natural. As you can see this shade might be a tad too light for me but it blends out nicely and evens out my skin tone!

Here is a full face of foundation and makeup! It felt natural and light. I am really liking this foundation!

Easy. Breezy. Beautiful. CoverGirl :).

The Foundation of it All

Hey guys!!

Second day in a row!! 

So I ran out of Revlon foundation this morning and I didn't have any backups.

That means...

Buying new foundation after work!!

I won't lie...I literally almost forgot why I went to the store but then walked by the makeup aisle. 

So I had been thinking about trying this foundation for a while but never buckled down and got it. So I decided to get a foundation I've been wanting to try.

The CoverGirl 3 in 1 foundation in Buff Beige!!

Cannot wait to try it tomorrow morning!!

Rainy Day Wonderings

Hey Guys!!

Happy Rainy Day Wednesday!!

So I wanted to share some big news with you all!!

I got a continuous teaching contract!!

Woohoo!!

Now...what does this mean??

That I don't have to apply for multiple jobs, stress, worry, and think about moving!!

I cannot tell you how excited and relieved I am to be able to continue to teach at the amazing school that I do with the amazing division that I'm in!!

Now I'm wondering...what should I put on the walls now that I'm going to be in my place for another year??

Any home decor sites or stores that have cute wall art or pillows or anything??

Why I Didn't Make Any Resolutions This Year!

Happy New Year y'all!!

I love how I say that like I'm from the South when I'm a born and bred Alberta girl!

Anywho!

So as you can see this blog post isn't going to be about the resolutions that I've made. 

People quit resolutions all the time...

This year...I'm a goal digger!!

I have goals, not resolutions. Goal are things you work towards, you fumble with and you keep readjusting. 

I think this year it's a mentality for me. 

I just have to be consistent day after day and I'll get to my goals. 

My overarching goals are to lose 55 lbs in 2017, travel to Seattle, Portland, and Calgary, as well as keep my job as a Grade 4 teacher...which kinda isn't overly up to me, but still! 

I'm excited to keep going on my journey. I lost 17.5 lbs in 2016 and I think I can amp it up in 2017. 

I will be using Beachbody workout programs, healthy choices and constant monitoring of my goals. 

I cannot wait to see myself this next year!!
